New State valuations for 2010/2011
The State Government's Department of Environment and Resource Management has confirmed that it will issue new State land valuations to take effect from 1 July 2010.
The Government last issued a State valuation for the former Esk and Kilcoy Shires in 2007.
Somerset Council has resolved to publish the full State valuations list on its web site when it becomes available in order to assist property owners who wish to challenge a State valuation but who cannot inspect the paper valuation roll during office hours.
