Active and Healthy Passport Competition Set For Launch


Hey kids - would you like to win a Nintendo Wii?  Here's how…  Just in time for the mid-year holidays comes the Active & Healthy Somerset Passport competition.  Designed to get you more physically active, eating healthier and reading more, this competition is your passport to a healthier mind and body.  Commencing before the Rail Trail Fun Run, this competition will run across all of Term 3 with final entries due before Friday 2 October.

What do you need to do to enter?
Step 1:  Complete the registration form (available for download at www.activeandhealthy.somerset.qld.gov.au ) and post it back by Friday 26 June to register for the competition.

Step 2:   Receive your Active & Healthy Somerset Passport and begin your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Step 3:   Complete as many of the activities highlighted in your passport as possible and post it back to Council for your chance to win a Wii Sports!!

So parents, if your children spend too much time playing computer games, surfing the net and watching TV/DVDs and you'd like to help them lead a healthier lifestyle, the Active & Healthy Somerset Passport competition could be the answer.
