7th annual Rail Trail Fun Run
On Sunday 12 July 2009, Somerset Regional Council will host the 7th annual Rail Trail Fun Run, starting in Lowood and finishing in Fernvale. Council are delighted to announce Supa IGA Lowood as a major sponsor of the event for the next two years.
Again consisting of two distances - 8.3km and 3km - this year's event will be bigger and better than ever with both races due to start at 9am. With all the usual post-race entertainment on offer afterwards, this will be a great day for the whole family!
As well as the usual array of food and drink choices, Somerset Regional Council will also be hosting a buffet breakfast to be served under a giant marquee in seated comfort. See event website for menu and prices.
