Somerset Residents Reminded to Register for Bpay View

Somerset residents are being reminded that they can opt to receive their rates notices electronically through BPAY View.

The registration process to access the BPAY View service through their bank is simple.  

BPAY View provides a second means of receiving rate notices in addition to mail.

Ratepayers who would like to know more about BPAY View, should contact their financial institution or visit www.bpay.com.au/bpayview.

 

Somerset Council Facilities Open

Somerset Regional Council’s customer services centres, libraries and three visitor information centres are now open to the public.

Customers are reminded that social distancing restrictions and limited numbers apply to each facility and vary accordingly.

Customer service centres are open from 8.30am to 5pm and visitor information centres at Esk, Fernvale and Kilcoy have reopened Monday to Friday.

Residents can still access some council services online at www.somerset.qld.gov.au or by phoning 5424 4000.

 

Access Library Story Time at Home

Somerset Regional Council through its libraries is offering a host of free online content to enjoy.

Somerset Library members can access eBooks, eAudiobooks, movie streaming, tutorials, courses and more.

Library team members are also presenting Storytime at home via Facebook, along with craft and STEAM activities.

Somerset Regional Council Meetings

Somerset Regional Council will hold its next ordinary meetings on Wednesday, 27 May at 9am.

The meeting will be closed to the public for health and safety reasons, however an audio stream will be available on the council website via Facebook Live at facebook.com/SomersetRegionalCouncil/.
