In Good Company - Last Aid for Seniors

Last Aid, presented by Palliative Care Queensland, is a course that supports the understanding of end of life care and the importance of planning ahead, relieving suffering and recognising dying as a natural part of life. Key topics include end of life planning, comfort measures and final goodbyes.  

You will: 

• Learn what palliative care, advanced care planning and compassionate communities are.
• Understand what carers or family members of people with a life limiting illness may be experiencing.
• Know the basic skills to accessing quality local information, services and support.
