Somerset Assist is a not for profit organisation and registered charity. We can help from the first step to access a package or help you join our service if you are currently dissatisfied with your current provider. We use local workers and our coordinators live in the region, so we understand what you need to keep you safe at home and connected to your community.
65 years and older or for those who identify as First Nations over 50 years

Will assist older persons to navigate the aged care system free of charge. This is part of our charitable work as we are passionate about older persons having the ability to access care at home.
