Self Referral for individuals who have an NDIS Plan who are NDIA managed, Plan Managed or Self Managed. Services can also be purchase privately.
Costs for support align with the NDIA Price Guide There may be an out of pocket expense for some activities (entry costs to venues, resources for individual projects) but most activities have no out of pocket expenses.
2-3 weeks intake time
The service operates three days per week on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The individuals choses which programs they would like to participate in.
