Learn&Grow: A Mental Health Carer’s Journey

Each session focuses on a key aspect of caregiving and the importance of supporting yourself, with optional 1:1 guidance. You’ll learn practical strategies, connect with others caring for loved ones with mental health challenges, and benefit from facilitator Cheryl Mascali from Arafmi. Open to both new and experienced carers, the sessions offer space to share, reflect, and build skills.

Movement to Music in Lowood

Somerset Regional Council and its seniors connection program, In Good Company, has partnered with venue provider STAR Community Services to host fortnightly Movement to Music sessions.
