Build a tiny world with artist Anna Gonzalez

This workshop invites participants to immerse themselves in storytelling and explore how imagination can reshape subconscious memories into works of art.

Guided by Anna Gonzalez’s exhibition Tiny worlds, tall tales, we journey together into the interior world where surreal humour, cultural iconography, and memory intertwine.
Participants will learn how to create their own tiny world, working with the arts to develop a concept, then bring this to life in a diorama through collage and mixed media construction techniques. Participants will then be guided to create a set of photographs to document their surreal diorama.

Ages 16 and up.
