Facilitated by Cheryl Mascali from Arafmi, this session welcomes both new and experienced carer’s to share experiences, gain skills, and feel supported. Arafmi is Queensland’s peak body for unpaid mental health carer’s, offering free services including a 24‑hour Carer Support Line, workshops, respite accommodation, and advocacy.
