A workshop designed to give small business owners a practical, jargon-free introduction to artificial intelligence.

Held during Small Business Month, this FREE webinar will help local operators understand what AI is, explore the tools currently available to them, and feel confident about using AI safely and responsibly in their day-to-day operations.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• Understand what AI is and how it applies to small business contexts

• Identify and use generative AI tools for content creation, marketing, and communication

• Recognise opportunities for agentic AI to automate routine business tasks

• Apply best-practice principles for data security and staying safe online

• Prepare their business for emerging trends such as AI-powered direct shopping

 

Who should register? Small business owners, sole traders, and operators in the Somerset Regional Council area with little to no prior experience with AI tools.

No technical background is required.

Corrie has over 20 years' experience in technology and digital, developing strategies for globally-recognised brands. She is the founder of Queensland-based company, Integrity AI which offers AI advice, training, and workflow automation solutions that are practical, safe, and genuinely fit for purpose. Integrity AI specialises in working with non-technical business leaders - which means plain English, jargon-free language. Corrie also serves as the Brisbane Representative for the Federal Government's Digital Advisor program, supporting small businesses through Business Foundations.
