Service program

Able Australia’s Active Living Program for Seniors (ALPS) facilitates a number of free interactive workshops, activities and events for seniors across the Ipswich, Somerset, Lockyer Valley and Scenic Rim Regions. The program provides a great opportunity to meet new friends, try new activities and get active in your local community. There is also the opportunity to engage with a wide range of organisations who offer services in the community. By seeking feedback and suggestions from those participating in the program, we aim to offer activities that everyone will enjoy and encourage you to be involved too.
