- Service program
- If you are experiencing a tough time, consider seeing one of our NewAccess coaches. NewAccess is a free program for anxiety, stress and depression developed by beyondblue to help people tackle life pressures. We offer the program to people aged 12 years and over. The program can help with anxiety or uncertainty, health problems, work stress, relationship or family issues, long term isolation or loneliness, financial worries or sleep deprivation. The program is designed to help people experiencing low to moderate anxiety or depressionwith easily accessible, quality services when they are struggling to manage life stress. A coach helps you work through an individual plan that you develop together..

- Based in Gatton with phone and Skype available. Can hold face to face when appropriate.
- Eligibility criteria (including age)
- 12 years and over
- Referral pathways
- Self referral by calling 1300 971 309 or visit website. No mental health care plan needed. GP or other organisations can also refer on your behalf.

- Funded through contract
- Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN funded until Mid 2022
- Intake capacity and limitations
- No limit. Once a referral is received, a coach will call you withing 24-48 hours to book an appointment. Wait times are no longer than seven days.
- Hours of operation
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
- Duration service can be provided
- 6 appointments, ideally delivered over 6 weeks. Initial appointment is one hour then 5 weekly sessions of 30 minutes each. Follow up appointment available at 1, 3, and 6 months
