- Optimal Health program offers the opportunity to participate in group discussions, to reflect, write down ideas and develop plans to support optimal wellbeing. The program explores:- understanding change and resolving ambivalence, identying vaues for greater wellbeing, creative problem solving and self-monitoring of wellbeing. It can help develop strategies for managing stress, improved understanding of and access to support networks and greater confidence in managing wellbeing.
