Service program

Wise Choices program is based on acceptance and commitment therapy. Helps develop skills to manage challenging thoughts and feelings, helping you lead a healthier life and improve your relationships. Participation will help develop strtaegies to work with challenging thoughts, feelingsa nd sensations, develop a greater sense of self awareness, learn skills to manage stress and cope with difficult situations, develop a greater awareness of your personal values. This can help you have increased feelings of resilience, a clearer sense of purpose and a deeper connection to self and others.
