- Service for older people who may be experiencing abuse or at risk of abuse from someone they trust. Can work with carers and families to negotiate difficulties. Provide short term counselling, referral, advocacy, family meetings, mediation and conflict coaching. Conflict can appear in many forms including financial abuse, neglect, controlling aspects of someone's life, concerns over decision making processes and health issues.
