- Through a FREE monthly calendar of events, the program gives carers the opportunity to focus on their own health and wellbeing, develop new skills, and increase their awareness of community supports and organisations to support them in their caring role

- QLD wide as there is a combination of face to face and online. At this time face to face is limited in Somerset
- Model of service delivery
- Face to face at different community venues and online via zoom
- Eligibility criteria (including age)
- Free for all unpaid family member and friend carers across Queensland. Carers can be of any age (including young carers aged under 25). The carers must be registered with Carers Queensland, however this is a simple process.
