- Service program
- Psychosocial support to provide service navigation for individuals with severe and complex mental health concerns (who don’t currently access NDIS) to build capacity and reach their recovery goals through the ongoing support of robust wrap-around services. This includes a focus on supporting participants to attain and sustain appropriate housing/accommodation. Additionally, Service Navigators will support service providers to build their capacity to support complex cases in regional areas where specialist supports are limited. Support will also be provided to family/carers.
