- The service operates three days per week on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Regular programs include social skills development, health and fitness activities, cooking essentials, life skills, support for community participation and to engage in volunteering initiatives in partnership with other local community groups.

- Costs for support align with the NDIA Price Guide There may be an out of pocket expense for some activities (entry costs to venues, resources for individual projects) but most activities have no out of pocket expenses.
