Ipswich to Fernvale Cycling Corridor

As part of our plans to keep Somerset moving, Somerset Regional Council is seeking community feedback on a proposal to create a high-quality, safe cycling corridor from Clive Street, Fernvale (in the Somerset Regional Council area) to Bayley Road, Pine Mountain (in the Ipswich City Council area) along the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail in place of the existing gravel surface.
This 2.5m-wide, 17.4km-long concrete cycleway would then link with the main Ipswich City Council cycling network, including the Brassall Bikeway.
