Somerset Regional Council is preparing a master plan for the Esk Racecourse, Showgrounds and Golf Club site and has appointed CPR Group to develop the plan. You are invited to play a part in planning the future of the site. We have had excellent input and ideas from stakeholder groups, Council and the broader community so far, which has shaped the draft master plan documents available for viewing here.
Please note that this is a planning process designed to assess your desired community needs, taking into account available funding and realistic timeframes. The master plan does not commit Council or any other organisation to implement the project elements, or deliver within a specified timeframe. The ideas and views of you or your organisation are important to this rocess to ensure that your issues are considered in the master plan.
