Description

The Lowood Showgrounds are nestled on the upper reaches of the Brisbane River Catchment area with tranquil mountain views with a friendly country town feel. We are the Lowood Show Society and we offer powered sites for camping, caravans and motorhomes. We are a registered Caravan Park with toilet / shower facilities including disabled toilet / shower facilitines and lift access for our hall. We offer seven day stop-overs to soak up this laidback country atmoshpere and pets are welcome, on leash at all times. There is a black water waste dump site on location for your convenience. Lowood Showgrounds has a fully equipped hall and maintained grounds to cater for all functions eg. Weddings / Parties and Dinner Dances; Caravan and Motorhome Musters; Senior Citizens; Swap / Bike / Truck Meets; Bachelor and Spinster Ball; Darts / Gymnastic / Scrabble / Pony Club, Euchre competitions.
