Somerset Libraries Strategic Plan 2019-2023 Our Mission: To provide access to library services which assist in meeting the recreational, information and cultural needs of residents of the region. Our Library staff objective: To provide a quality library service to the community and contribute to the operation, growth and development of the Somerset Regional Council Libraries. Our customer charter: Staff members of Somerset Libraries strive to meet recreational, information and cultural needs through customer service excellence.
