Joining the Library will save you money. In fact, membership is completely free.
Not just books. We have a wide variety of items including books, DVDs, magazines, audiobooks, sporting kits, Curiosity Kits and more. With access to over 30,000 items, it is guaranteed we have something for everyone.
We are kid friendly. In addition to a wide range of board books, picture books and junior fiction, we also offer regular children’s activities like Storytime.
With the ability to loan 30 items* for a period of 4 weeks, you can visit us as little, or as much, as you like. Not quite finished? You can renew your items up to 2 times, as long as no one else is waiting on them.
We have access to free computers and Wi-Fi. For a small fee, you are also able to print, photocopy and laminate your important documents.
If you know what you want, you can jump online to our catalogue and reserve up to 15 items that will be ready for you to collect at your local branch.
We might be biased, but we think we have the best staff in the world. Need some help? Our staff are always happy to assist.
You will have access to an ever-expanding online collection of eBooks, eAudibooks, and eFilms.
We subscribe to lots of online databases including ones on travel, culture, literacy, language and children’s stories.
Learn a new skill or craft and meet new people; we are regularly holding workshops and events for people of all ages. Make sure to check back in regularly to see what we might be adding to our events calendar.
