Do I need an approval?
Approval may be required under Council's local laws to hold a temporary entertainment event.
Please contact Council's Environmental Health Section to discuss whether or not your event will require approval.
Where entertainment events are reoccurring throughout the year or carry on for an extended period of time, approval under Council's Planning Scheme may be required. Please contact Council to discuss your requirements.
